Even though I hadn't been into the shop for at least a year, Joe and Roger both remembered me by name. I even got the to meet Anthony. I came in with what I thought was a major problem and within the hour, they confirmed my diagnosis. Two weeks earlier my wife had the brakes repaired by another well known brakes shop only because they are a lot closer to where I live. Needless to say, after 154 miles, all the work they did on one wheel in particular had to be done again because the rim hadn't been torqued tight enough. The rim itself will have to be replaced. Joe put one of his best guys to work on the car. It was after noon and the job was going to take 5-6 hours to complete. They assured me that my car would be ready the following day. I was fortunate enough to get a ride home from someone who happened to be at the shop and I got a ride back the next day from someone else that was going to the same area. In 2015 he fixed my 2006 Ford Expedition, by troubleshooting and saving me lots of money by telling me I did not need a new transmission.
