However, still needs to do steering alignment and during installation they mismatch something so rgtnow nothing is working like Car Horn, even Air bag light is blinking. Anyways they informed me that they will fix it. Hopefully they will fix all those issues. But overall experience was good !!”

“Needed front brake pads and had read good things about these guys on Google. My brakes were grinding for a day or two and I had babied them in the hopes that the rotors would be OK. Booked the car in with Hayden for an 8:00 AM apt. the following day, he got me right in and at first conveyed to me that the rotors looked OK. After a while he came back to me and told me that after pulling the calipers out they could see the inside rotor was in fact damaged. I thought "YEA RIGHT HEARD THAT ONE BEFORE", I asked to take a look for myself and sure enough it was damaged, but hard to see. Hayden then offered to install the rotors for free while replacing the pads. In sitting in the modest waiting area (right in front of where Sam and Hayden work) I had the chance to watch their interaction with customers and employees and they are spot on. Respectful and efficient and seemed to know their stuff, and really care about what they were doing. This is a family business and I will certainly be going back if I need service.”
